The bathroom of bedroom 1 had been adapted for people with disabilities. In addition to the 3 bathrooms there's a toilet. There's a patio at the front of the house and at the back there's a garden - ideal for summer days, with a barbecue and eating area (which can also be used to park one or two cars). The house is easily accessed by road and you can get to Madrid in under an hour and Salamanca and Valladolid in just over an hour.
